TheSpeedGamers Resident Evil

If you remember back in mid-August, I made a post about ThespeedGamers megaman Marathon, well their next marathon is coming soon.  and it will be a Resident Evil Marathon to go with the Halloween Theme. It will last for 48 hours (2 days for those of you that are not good at math) It will start Friday October 30 at 7pm Eastern time, check a time zone map to find out when it begins in your area.

Now you may be thinking, wow these are just a bunch of gamers that have no life and get together to waste their weekend doing nothing productive, wrong! TheSpeedGamers do these marathons for a good cause, each one they do they pick a charity/cause to donate to, and its up to us (the viewers) to donate. I’m not sure what their goal is for this marathon but they have donated thousands of dollars to different charities in past marathons. and I do know that for this marathon the donations will be going towards diabetes research and wellness foundation.

Law Abiding Citizen – My Thoughts

Law Abiding Citizen is a movie that was released Friday, October 16, 2009.  I went to see it the day it came out.  I thought it was a pretty good movie, I’m going to try to give my thoughts and not give too much away.  Anyway, the action starts right away, within the first two minutes of the movie and there’s not many dead spots at all throughout the movie, it’s entertaining throughout.  There’s a couple shock moments throughout the movie, but you can guess when they are going to occur, well at least one of them probably.  Jaime Foxx played the prosecutor and I think he did a good job playing the part.  Overall I think it was one of the better movies I’ve seen this year, much better than some of the other crap that is released these days.  The ending wasn’t the best but that is one of the only complaints I can make about this movie.  Well, If I continue to tell you about the movie I’m bound to spoil something, so go see it yourself, I think it is worth the money.

Monster Madness

Super Monkey Ball Step and Roll

This was announced a while back but I haven’t heard of it until just today so I’m sure there are a few of you guys out there that also were unaware of this game until now. Basically it is a new monkey ball game for the Nintendo Wii but instead of it being like the last wii monkey ball where you tilt the Wii mote to move your monkey to the goal, this time Nintendo changed it up again and now you will be using the Wii balance board to navigate your monkey to the finish. It will be released on Feb 24, 2010.

Also, The new super Mario Bros. Wii game has a release date finally. Before it was Q4 (quarter 4) of 2009, but now it has been announced that it will be released November 15, 2009.
